Boosting conversions for Moduleo with targeted digital campaigns

Challenge

Moduleo, one of the UK’s leading luxury vinyl flooring brands competing with the likes of Karndean and Amtico, wanted to promote their expansive collection of LVT flooring, targeting highly active online audiences who were in-market for new flooring.

Paid Search/PPC campaigns played an important role in targeting consumers who were looking to purchase LVT flooring and wanted to first try out various samples in order to find the perfect style for their home.

What we did

We developed a PPC strategy that formed part of a wider integrated digital strategy, which ensured that the brand messaging and product positioning were consistent across all digital touchpoints throughout the customer journey.

The PPC campaigns focussed on driving LVT sample requests and ‘contact us’ submissions, as well as continuing to build the brand awareness of Moduleo in a very competitive market.

We ran a combination of search, DSA, display and retargeting campaigns across Google’s ecosystem, focussing on driving conversions whilst lowering the cost per conversion over time. The display campaigns ran across Google’s Display Network (GDN), targeting users who matched interests and behaviours of Moduleo’s core audiences, e.g. renovating, moving house, home design and interior decorating. Remarketing campaigns retargeted users who had already visited the Moduleo website but hadn’t yet ordered a sample – these users were shown tailored messaging to encourage them to convert.
